XCMG XCR60L5

Full Description
Engineered for exceptional strength and maneuverability, the XCMG XCR60L5 rough terrain crane provides a maximum rated lifting capacity of 60 tons and a maximum lifting height of 57.1 meters when fully extended with its jib. The lifting system is equipped with a U shape basic boom and four telescoping sections that extend from 11.3 meters to 43.6 meters. To accommodate complex lifting tasks, it utilizes a two section lattice structure jib ranging from 9.2 meters to 16 meters, which can be installed at 0 degree, 15 degree, and 30 degree offset angles.
Powering this machine is a DF Cummins QSB6.7-C220-30 six cylinder, water cooled diesel engine that delivers a rated power of 164 kW and complies with off road EU Stage IIIA emission standards. This powerful engine is paired with an automatic transmission featuring six forward gears and three reverse gears. For superior navigation across uneven terrains, the crane is fitted with specialized 23.5-25 off road tires and offers four distinct steering modes: front axle independent, tight turning radius, crab walk, and rear axle independent steering.
Safety and operational precision are fully integrated into the XCR60L5 design. The operator works from a tiltable cab equipped with safety glass, an adjustable seat, and standard air conditioning. Safe lifting is ensured by a comprehensive safety system that includes a Load Moment Indicator (LMI), hydraulic balance valves, an anti-two block device at the boom head to prevent rope over-winding, and an anemometer to monitor wind conditions.
