The Zoomlion QY80V truck crane is engineered to deliver advanced lifting performance, featuring a maximum rated lifting capacity of 80 tons and a maximum lifting height of 60.2 meters when utilizing the jib. The crane is equipped with a telescopic main boom that extends from 11.6 meters to 44.0 meters, complemented by a jib available in 9.5 meter and 16 meter lengths. It operates on a self manufactured, full width four axle special purpose chassis with an 8×4 drive and hydraulically powered steering, ensuring both convenient and flexible mobility.

Performance is optimized by the latest directional control valve and tandem pump system, which allow each executive mechanism to fully utilize its working capability. Operators benefit from stepless speed regulated joysticks that provide smooth, simultaneous movements for winching, derricking, slewing, and telescoping operations, greatly improving overall working efficiency. The operator environment includes a spacious cab with wide vision and luxurious equipment.

Safety remains a top priority in the QY80V design. The hydraulic system is fitted with relief valves, balance valves, hydraulic locks, and brake valves to prevent accidents caused by oil line overloads or pipe ruptures. Additionally, the crane is equipped with a load moment limiter and complete lighting systems to ensure safe operation during both day and night shifts.
